Communication strategy
To guarantee only the top quality and quantity of visitors, Fiera Bolzano/Messe Bozen will launch several communication campaigns prior to the show with a strong focus on China as well as Japan, Korea, and Russia. The promotions will include the ispo china/Alpitec China Preview Magazine, regular e-newsletters in Chinese, and an e-mail, fax, and telemarketing campaign targeting the main ski resorts of the Pacific Rim. In addition, Fiera Bolzano/Messe Bozen will be running media campaigns in trade magazines and websites. A strong collaboration with the ispo china communication campaign will ensure that all synergies will be exploited in order to properly inform Asian operators about the opportunity offered to them by this double tradeshow.
Italian, Austrian and South Tyrolean village
Italian, Austrian and South Tyrolian exhibitors have the possibility to join the respective "Village" taking advantage of the professional organisation and communication campaigns that ICE (Istituto Nazionale per il Commercio Estero), WKÖ (Witschaftskammer Österreich) and EOS (Export Organisation South Tyrol) offer. Prices are the same as for last years edition of Alpitec China.
We have introduced an Early Bird discount of 5% on the raw area fee for all those of you who will sign the confirmation form before September 30th, 2009. Take advantage of the discount and of the possibility to decide on the positioning of your booth inside the hall.

To receive a financial offer for a stand at Alpitec China 2010 please fill out the non binding Application Form.
Messe Bozen/Fiera Bolzano will proptly answer by sending you a stand offer together with the Confirmation Form. This form is binding and you will be able to confirm your participation as exhibitor of Alpitec China 2010 by signing and sending it back to Messe Bozen/Fiera Bolzano.
Exhibition spaces will be allocated starting End of September 2009. From that time on you will be able to choose a positioning inside of Hall 2 for your booth.
