The Service Center, which is directly connected to the Exhibition Center premises, serves as contact point for exhibitors and visitors.
The counters (registration for visitors) are located on LEVEL 0, as are the main entrance to the exhibition halls, the access to the Hotel Four Points by Sheraton, security, fire department, and other services of the Bolzano Exhibition Center such as cloakrooms, day care for children and telephone services. For the convenience of visitors, a post office, bank, bar and cafè, and wine shop may also be found there.
The reception area of the Bolzano Exhibition Center, showrooms for the purpose of holding order meetings, and the self-service restaurant "Fresh Line" (approximately 460 seats) may be found on LEVEL 1 .
The offices of the Exhibition Center and additional showrooms are located on LEVEL 2.
A restaurant with 102 seats may be found on LEVEL -1 .
